Application

A checksheet is a form for manually data recording. It shows how many times something has happened.

Use

	Decide what data you need.
	Design an individual checksheet form.
	do: Test the checksheet. A person who did not help design the checksheet should test it by actually use. Revise the checksheet if necessary. until: checksheet OK
	Design a tally checksheet to summerize the results from the individual checksheets.

Zoff im Orchester: Klarinettist und Bratscher streiten sich lautstark. Der Dirigent unterbricht die beiden und fragt den Klarinettisten: "Was ist denn in Sie gefahren?" Dieser antwortet: "Der Bratscher hat mir alle Klappen verdreht!" Daraufhin befragt der Dirigent den Bratscher: "Was haben Sie dazu zu sagen?" "Also", jammert dieser, "der Klarinettist ist ja so gemein! Er hat mir eine Saite verstimmt, und er will mir nicht sagen, welche!"
